In April 2011, I became the Managing Editor of Leader to Leader.

I worked for USA TODAY for 21 years, until December 2008, as a librarian/researcher. Beginning in 1996, I wrote about business and management books for the newspaper’s Money section.

Since 1996, I’ve been an adjunct professor at the Catholic University Department of Library and Information Science.

Living in More Than One World: How Peter Drucker’s Wisdom Can Inspire and Transform Your Life

The book applies the principles of Drucker, whom many consider to be the “father of modern management,” individual self-development, by encouraging the pursuit of a more multidimensional life. It is based on more than 20 years of research into Drucker’s , including several interviews with him.

Create Your Future the Peter Drucker Way

You can dream it. You can plan it. You can try to make it happen. But you can never really prepare for the future unless you have a future-focused mindset. That is the underlying message behind the inspiring words and wisdom of Peter Drucker; who believes that the future must be created—day by day, person by person—rather than be left to chance.

Since 1996, I've written a number of articles for USA TODAY and other publications related to Peter Drucker, as well as articles and reviews of many business and management books for USA TODAY. I've also written for such publications as Leader to Leader, Leadership Excellence, American Executive, GAMA International Journal, Information Outlook, ONLINE, Library Journal, News Library News and others.
