23 Books by Berrett-Koehler BK Authors BookPlan 2025 Marketing Workshop Presenters & Participants

The April 2-4 BookPlan 2025: How to Market Your Nonfiction Book, the latest production in this vital yearly series by BK Authors, was an unqualified success. As has been the case in recent years, the event was digital, with plenty of opportunities for participants to engage with both presenters and other participants.

According to its website, “BK Authors is a 501 c3 non-profit community of authors published by Berrett Koehler. Our mission is to help authors get their message out to the world, connect with each other to revitalize our spirits, collaborate on mutual passions, and to provide a supporting community to aid in creating a world that works for all.” Berrett-Koehler published my first book, in 2009.

Earlier this year, on February 5, I wrote about my “Reflections on the 2024 BK Authors Retreat,” held last November in California.

I’ve written in many previous years about this book marketing workshop. As is typical, the presenters, and facilitators/moderators were a mixture of Berrett-Koehler authors, BK staff members/executives, and outside experts/practitioners.

As I did last year and earlier, I have curated books below by presenters, facilitators/moderators, and selected participants. Most of the books have been published by Berrett-Koehler, but I’ve noted the non-BK books with an asterisk. I’ve limited selections to one per author.

If you are curious about the many tools and techniques for marketing nonfiction books, look for registration information early next year for the 2026 virtual workshop!
