35 Select Books by ‘A Day of Drucker’ Speakers and Panelists

On June 30, I was privileged to be a panelist for A Day of Drucker: Tackling Today’s Challenges With the “Father of Management,” a day-long virtual event produced by the Global Peter Drucker Forum, in Vienna, Austria. It featured many fascinating panels and breakout sessions; and there was also a special day of workshops on June 29. The 13th Global Peter Drucker Forum is scheduled for the fall, both virtual (November 17-19) and in person (November 18-19), in Vienna. The theme is “The Human Imperative: Navigating Uncertainty in the Digital Age.”

In this post, I’m highlighting 35 books by speakers/panelists from June 30. This list is adapted from the one I compiled for the July 2021 online newsletter for the Wiley journal I edit, Leader to Leader. The emphasis is on curation, not the production of an exhaustive, definitive list of every book from every person. Many are also scheduled for the November event: Tal Ben-Shahar, Steve Blank, Tamara J. Erickson, Charles Handy, Rahaf Harfoush, Julia Kirby, Philip Kotler, Roger L. Martin, Rita Gunther McGrath, Don Tapscott, and Avivah Wittenberg-Cox.

In the meantime, my list is sure to keep you busy until at least November 17!
